Your photo session is not just about getting photos taken, it is about working with me to create something you will love and treasure forever.
STEP ONE - ENQUIRY
Let's chat and discuss what session you are looking to book in.
I like to have a relaxed conversation over the phone and let you know what to expect during my sessions and what my packages include.
I like to get a feel of who you are and also answer any queries regarding the session.

Weekdays are best to call between 9am-5pm.

STEP TWO - SECURE YOUR BOOKING
Once we have spoken and I have emailed you all information,
I require a session fee to secure your date and time, this is to be paid within 2 days.
(This does not include any digitals/collections & products)
Depending on what session you have booked please allow 1-.5 hours for the session to take place.
Newborn sessions will take between 2-3 hours.
I love & prefer to capture all sessions (excluding newborn) outdoors!
Country, Garden, Golden Hour? Tell me what you prefer & I will advise the best suited location.
If you have somewhere that you would like or means a lot to you, let me know! It makes your session that extra special.
Most sessions are within 30 mins of Wallan, VIC.
If you would prefer a studio session that is no problem and certainly can happen!
My studio is located in Wallan, when attending you will be welcomed into a fun and relaxed environment.

STEP THREE - PLANNING
This is where the fun starts!
We will start planning your session over email & phone.
If you haven't already, have a look at my previous sessions and you will get a feel for what ideas you would like at your session. I will send you a short questionnaire so I can plan your shoot to reflect you and your family.
Unsure what to wear? Don't worry I'm here to help!
A lot of families worry what to wear but dont worry! I will share a personalized pinterest board with clothing ideas and colours that coordinate well together.
I have a small client wardrobe with dresses equipped with a range of bump, postpartum and friendly Mumma outfits in various sizes sourced for you to use in your photoshoot at no additional cost.
You are welcome to try these on in our studio before your session.
Some families love to purchase a new outfit for that session, so if you find yourself at the shops and need some help deciding, I am only a phone call away and are happy to help make your decisions easier!

STEP FOUR - PHOTOSHOOT TIME!!
The planning has been done and your session date and time is booked in!
It's time to relax & enjoy this moment! Do not stress about your session, I will make this an experience to remember and most importantly FUN!
I will help pose you and your family, there will be plenty of group photos and individuals taken.
Lots of relaxed and fun challenges will be asked of you and your family, especially if your kids are a bit shy, I like them to warm up and get an idea of who I am!
It can take a lot of patience and I never want a client to leave until I am 100% happy with the photos I have captured.
At the end of each session (with parents permission) I have a little surprise for each child to say thanks for their help. This also helps with bribery if they are getting a bit tired or over the session, as we all know how unpredictable kids can be!
At the end of your session, I will book in a time for your design session which will take place within 1-2 weeks after.

STEP FIVE - DESIGN SESSION
Once your session has finished, I will book in a date and time for you to attend my studio for you to view your photos. This will be a week or two after your photoshoot.
At your appointment you will be shown all the best photos from your session on a beautiful slideshow.
From here you will pick and choose your favourite images and which package or wall art you would like.
All skin correcting and extra photoshopping will be completed on final images.
I will help design & show you how your photos will look on the wall in your home.
If you prefer to have images displayed on a buffet or desk, we have a range of products to suit as well.
Payment for your photos can be made in 3 ways.
1) Cash
2) Direct deposit via online banking
3) Interest free Layby*
Interest free payment plans are organized through our booking system and are set up like layby.
There is a minimum spend of $1,000 for payment plans.

STEP SIX - PRODUCT DELIVERY
Your digital photos take between 1-2 weeks to be edited and delivered to your online gallery to download.
Products, Prints & Wall Art are sent to our printing lab straight away, depending on your order the standard turnaround time is
3-4 weeks.
I will be in touch as soon as they are ready & arrange a pick up time with you.
All products I supply will come with a 30 year or lifetime warranty for peace of mind.
Once you have hung your wall up or displayed your products in your home, I would love to see a photo! Nothing makes me happier than seeing my work displayed in your home!
