Maternity Model Call

Are you expecting a baby between March or April?
Would you love stunning photos to celebrate your beautiful bump and precious newborn moments?

If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
I’m looking for confident, expecting mums to join me for outdoor & in-studio mini maternity session.

You'll have the chance to model our beautiful gowns, explore fresh backdrops, and bring exciting maternity session concepts to life!

Images and videos from the session will be featured on social media, my website, and other promotional materials. If you’re not comfortable with this, please refrain from applying.

Successful applicants must be available for a weekday session in the coming weeks, subject to availability.

This model call is open to expecting mums of all cultural backgrounds and sizes, with no prior modelling experience required!
Limited sessions are available—don’t miss out!

$200 credit to spend at the Newborn Session*

REQUIREMENTS

Between 30-37 Weeks Pregnant (if under or over you may still be considered depending on bump size).
Comfortable showing your bare baby bump.
Partners & Kids are welcome but must be available at times arranged by the photographer
Available for a week day/evening maternity session in March 2025.
Must be willing to share images publicly (sign social media model release).
Must not have a maternity or newborn session booked with any other photographer.
Arrive with hair and makeup done nicely.
Styling, posing and choice of the outfits are at the photographer’s discretion.
Session will take place either in our studio in Wallan or local locations I have personally scouted.
$200 Session fee for the newborn session must be paid prior to the maternity session.

By applying for this maternity model call, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

What’s Included:

✅ A complimentary 1-hour maternity session (outdoor or studio)
✅ 5 professionally edited digital images (selected by the photographer)
✅ Option to purchase additional images
✅ A $200 voucher to spend at the newborn session (conditions apply)
✅ 10% off a sitter or cake smash session (conditions apply)

Newborn Session Requirements:

📌 To redeem the $100 newborn session voucher, you must:

Book and pay a $200 newborn session fee before your maternity session.
Purchase our Signature Newborn Package ($1,395 RRP) or higher.

💰 Minimum spend for the newborn session is $1,395 (This package includes 20 digital images, matching 5x7" prints & $100 credit)

This means you will have a total of $300 credit to spend at the newborn session on Products or Wall Art. (Prices start from $125.)

This does not need to be paid until the purchasing appointment after your newborn session. Payment plans are available.

General Terms

Limited spots available—applying does not guarantee selection.
Sessions will take place in March & early April 2025, subject to availability.
This model call cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions.
Applicants must not have a maternity or newborn session booked with another photographer.
The photographer may reschedule or cancel sessions if necessary (e.g., bad weather).
Communication will be via email or direct message, and prompt responses are required to secure your spot.

Additional Conditions

The $200 newborn session fee must be paid before the maternity session is scheduled.
The $200 newborn voucher are subject to availability and further conditions.
The photographer may use images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
Extra digital images and products will be available for purchase.
RAW files will not be provided or available for purchase.
This offer does not apply to existing bookings or other discounts/offers.
